Record it, in your most convenient way (try to strive for the best outcome), and upload it on soundcloud, reverbnation, or any platform you are using for free music uploading and sharing.
Then, using this link, try to communicate with as many people of the music industry, as you can. This will be more time consuming, than it sounds, and pretty disappointing, as many won't take the time to bother or reply, but some will. And one contact will lead to another.
Try to research what artists of your genre did and do, when they were in your shoes. Find contacts by researching fellow musicians', bands' and songwriters' labels, managers etc.
As always, the more presentable your means is (video, or link - production wise) the most attention you will get.
Try to be precise in your communication, and always explain what you want, and what's in it, for them.
